“Okay I'm actually obsessed. This food truck was EVERYTHING. The service? Amazing. Like genuinely some of the nicest, most personable people ever — you can tell they actually care and aren't just rushing you through. And the food??? Insane. So flavorful, fresh, and just perfect. I don't usually hype things up like this but wow... love love LOVE it.”
From backyard grill guy to wedding caterer
Al Chile started the way a lot of good things in San Antonio start — Edgar on a grill in a backyard, feeding family and friends who kept saying "you should do this for real."
So he did. Backyard parties turned into quinceañeras, quinceañeras turned into weddings, and the backyard setup turned into the truck. These days the truck sets up at venues and ballrooms across the area — including a 320-guest weekend on this fall's calendar. Same crew, same grind, bigger parties.
It won't happen overnight — but it doesn't happen at all if you quit. We didn't.
